1. Which apps this covers
This page covers account and data deletion for the AiraNexus Android mobile apps, developed by AiraNexus and operated by CodeLadder Technologies Private Limited:
- AiraNexus Campus Parent (package
com.airanexus.school) — used by parents and guardians of students enrolled at K-12 schools on the AiraNexus platform. - AiraNexus Staff (package
com.airanexus.school.staff) — used by teachers, principals, and school administrators as a staff workplace tool.
Accounts for both apps are provisioned by the school administrator — there is no in-app self-registration. The deletion process below applies to both apps.
2. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, follow these three steps:
Send an email from your registered address
From the email address linked to your account, send a message to privacy@airanexus.in.
Use the subject line below
Delete my account — AiraNexus Campus Parent or Delete my account — AiraNexus StaffInclude these details in the message body
- Which app your account is for (AiraNexus Campus Parent or AiraNexus Staff)
- School name (e.g., "Sri MK High School")
- Registered email and phone number
- Parent accounts: child's full name + class/section (for identity verification with the school)
- Staff accounts: your designation / employee ID
- Confirmation that you are the registered account holder
We use these details only to verify your identity with the school before processing the deletion. They are not shared with third parties.

3. What we delete vs retain
On a verified deletion request, the following changes are made to your data:

4. Timeline

5. The school's role
Why some data stays with the school
Under Indian law, the school is the Data Fiduciary for your child's academic records. AiraNexus is the Data Processor that operates the software on the school's behalf. This means academic records (attendance, marks, fees, report cards, certificates) belong to the school and are subject to the school's retention obligations — typically 7 years per CBSE / state board norms. We cannot unilaterally delete them.
The same applies to staff employment records: for AiraNexus Staff accounts, the school as your employer retains staff attendance, leave, and approval history per its HR and statutory obligations — your personal identifiers are anonymized when your account is deleted.
To request deletion of your child's academic records or your employment records, contact the school directly. If the school authorises deletion in writing, we will execute it within 30 days.
