AiraNexus is priced on an annual subscription based on the number of students and the modules you need. Indicative range: ₹999/month for small schools (up to 300 students) to ₹2,499/month for larger campuses with all modules. Contact us for a quote configured to your school.

We use a tiered model based on student headcount — not a strict per-student charge. Schools in the same tier pay the same flat fee regardless of whether they have 280 or 320 students. This keeps billing predictable across the year.

Subscriptions are annual. We don't offer monthly billing because annual subscriptions allow us to commit to a full year of onboarding, data migration, staff training, and dedicated support — which monthly billing can't sustain economically.

Full refund is available within 7 days of activation if no student data has been entered. After that, we do not offer partial-period refunds, but your data remains accessible until the subscription expires. Refund requests go to legal@airanexus.in.

Most schools go live within 7 working days. Our onboarding team handles data migration (student master, fee structures, staff profiles), system configuration, and staff training. Your admin team does not need to be technically skilled — we walk through every step.

Yes. We accept student data, fee history, and staff records as CSV exports from Excel or any system that can export to spreadsheet format. Our team cleans and validates the data before import. You don't need to reformat anything — send us what you have.

Yes, staff training is included in all plans. We run separate sessions for administrators, class teachers, and fee counter staff — each covering only what that role needs. Training is done over video call, typically 3–4 sessions of 45 minutes each.

AiraNexus supports multi-campus deployments with tenant isolation. Each campus has its own data space, its own admin, and its own reports. Management can view consolidated analytics across campuses from a single principal dashboard. Contact us for multi-campus pricing.

The parent app is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store under 'AiraNexus Campus Parent'. The staff app is available as 'AiraNexus Staff'. Both are free to download — access is granted only to users linked to a subscribed school.

Yes. A parent with multiple children enrolled in the same school can switch between child profiles from a single app account without logging out. The dashboard and all modules update to show the selected child's data.

The staff app records GPS coordinates only at the moment of clock-in and clock-out — not continuously. The location is used to verify that the staff member was on or near campus. No background location tracking occurs. Teachers can see the recorded location in their own clock-in history.

AiraNexus ships with pre-configured evaluation modes for CBSE (CCE / FA+SA / CGPA), ICSE, and major Indian state boards. Other state boards (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and others) can be configured manually using our custom evaluation mode.

Switching grading modes after marks have been entered is possible but not recommended — it changes how existing marks display. The safe approach is to configure the grading mode before the first examination cycle of the year. We recommend a test run in a sandbox environment before switching on live data.

CBSE, ICSE, and state board report cards use their official layouts. Schools that need a custom layout (for their own internal progress reports, or for boards we don't natively support) can request a custom template. Custom templates are included in Enterprise plan; available as an add-on for other plans.

Only users you have granted access to. Each role (Principal, Class Teacher, Subject Teacher, Accountant, Parent) sees only the data relevant to their function. Our internal team can access school data only for support purposes with explicit school consent, under NDA and logging. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Automated daily backups run at 2 AM IST and are retained for 30 days. Backups are stored in encrypted AWS S3 in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Schools can request a full data export at any time — delivered within 15 working days in CSV and JSON formats.

AiraNexus is designed to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and implements OWASP Top 10 security controls. All data is stored on AWS India infrastructure. We are not yet ISO 27001 certified — that certification is on our 2026–27 roadmap.

Yes, on-site visits for initial setup and staff training are available by appointment for select locations. Most schools are onboarded fully remotely — we've found remote onboarding works as well as in-person for most schools.
